Where can I find my tracking number?

If you chose a tracked service at checkout, you will find your tracking number in the order record in your account. Go to:

https://www.wetanz.com/account and click on the order you want to track.

Then click on the tracking reference number:

Your tracking reference will also be in the shipping confirmation email you receive when an item leaves our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: If you chose an UNTRACKED Service

If you have chosen (clearly marked during checkout) an untracked shipping option for

  • small items sent from our New Zealand warehouse, for example hobbit holes, Mini Epics, small statues, books, prints, clothing, jewellery, pins, accessories etc or
  • items under 2kg from our EU warehouse, for example small statues and Mini Epics, Wingnut Wings model kits, small prop replicas etc

these are sent using an UNTRACKED Postal Service.

For untracked NZ Post shipments, the reference number starts with:

  • CC...
  • UW...

These reference numbers can not be used for tracking purposes and there is nothing we can do to locate them.

For untracked EU warehouse shipments, no reference number is generated.

We recommend always choosing a tracked service as they are much faster and more reliable.

TRACKED Services

If you've selected and paid for a tracked service, you will receive a dispatch notification email once we have printed out your address label and labeled your order. This email will provide:

  • the tracking number
  • link to tracking site
  • courier company details

You should receive this email 1-2 business days after you've placed the order.

Please note that sometimes "no information is available" until the package has been scanned by the courier and physically left our warehouse. If this happens, please check again a day later and the tracking information should be active.

GKR Heavy Hitters Kickstarter

For GKR Kickstarter orders, we are using different freight forwarders than normal.

UPDATE 1 Feb 2018:

Our games have now cleared customs in most locations and you should be receiving your tracking details via email shortly.

If you haven't received tracking details by 15 February, please get in touch.
