How do Payment Plans work?

Due to popular demand, we have introduced a very easy and convenient Payment Plan system on some products.

If we have made a product available on Payment Plan this is indicated on the product page. And you can see the available options when you hover with your mouse over the "i" icon.

Please note that taxes and shipping are payable on the last instalment. You will get a breakdown of the payment plan when you check out and in your order history. Payment is taken automatically according to the agreed payment plan.

Payment plans are never available on pre-order items.

Breaking a Payment Plan

If a scheduled payment fails, you will be notified via email and will have 10 days to update your card details with a valid credit card, after which a second charge attempt will be made. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the customer will receive an email and a refund of funds paid, less a cancellation fee of US$20 for every payment made.

The same $20 cancellation fee applies if you proactively request a cancellation of your order.
