What do I do if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt. Email us on support@wetaworkshop.co.nz or call us on +64 4 909 4101
