What do I do if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged in transit, has a manufacture defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Email us on or call us on +64 4 909 4101

When emailing support, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Explain what the defect/damage is
  • Attach an image of the defect as evidence
  • Confirm if you'd like the item replaced, returned or refunded

We will review your claim within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to decline damage claims on the basis of small paint defects. As all our statues are hand-painted, variations will occur and are part of owning a unique piece of art.  

Should our Support team conclude the statue is faulty, they'll be in touch via email to provide replacement and return options.
